Another Vitamin ?
Does anyone know if it makes a difference if I take all of my vitamins all at once (daily, b6, and fish oil) or should I spread it out throughout the day?

i recently started taking vitamins (daily,vitamin b, and fish oil) but I noticed the fish oil has 10 calories. Do I count this into my daily calorie intake? FYI, I've never calorie counted and Im getting so confused (sigh).
