i recently started taking vitamins (daily, vitamin b, and fish oil) but I noticed the fish oil has 10 calories. Do I count this into my daily calorie intake? FYI, I've never calorie counted and Im getting so confused (sigh).

you can just for your awareness, but if you are over 10 or so cals, it really isnt a big deal.

I count the 10 calories in my Omega 3's just to be accountable.

One of those a day for (almost) a year equals 1 pound not lost if I don't count them.

while it is true that it does add up, mfp already sets you at a deficit, so technically, if you are under maintenance, you won't gain anything from not counting it, it is really a matter of choice here

Don't bother wasting your time with that. Use those extra five seconds to do a push-up or two daily instead
