I am struggling with what i should have plenty of and what i should keep to a minimum. Am i aiming for lots of protein and fibre? What about carbs? Hi all, I have just started using MFP and have a few questions When filling my diary in i noticed my protein was -5 at the end of the day. Should i not be ok having lots of protein. Is that not a good thing? Also,,am i able to 'carry' over calories on my diary so that i can have my 'day off' on saturday? Hope that makes…

30 day shred help
I started my 30 day shred today and i could only do 5 mins. I was in agony and exhausted. Felt like i was going to be sick and couldnt catch my breath. Has this happened at the beginning for any of you guys?? Please help me out as i was really looking forward to doing this routine :) Thanks, Karyn xx
