Nutrients help pleasex

I am struggling with what i should have plenty of and what i should keep to a minimum.
Am i aiming for lots of protein and fibre? What about carbs?

Looking at the pie chart on my home page am i wanting protein to be biggest,,then carbs then fat?

Srry if this is a simple question,,,i just want to make sure i understand all this stuff :)

    Mine is usually, from most to least
    Carbs -> protein -> fat
