Hi I find it a bit hard to calculate my activity modifier for the TDEE approach. I have very little to loose (say 15-20 lbs) and I am in the normal range for BMI. Hi, this is my first post! I currently weigh 71 kg (about 156 lb) looking to go down to around 60-65 kg (about 140 lb or so).
