Exercise Calories
I always work out in the AM and can add my exercise to calculate calories here when I log in. However, I worked out yesterday AM and again last night. Today I will have to get an evening work out in again. So I obviously don't "eat" my calories before I have exercised and earned them. And I certainly don't want to eat them…

Fat Flush Plan Followers
Anyone here doing the Fat Flush Plan for weight loss? I began on it in June 2009 and lost 20lbs. Just jumped back to P1 again and am down 15, with a goal of 20. Calories and Supplements
I decided to add my supplements to my calorie count today. WOW!! I take 128 calories per day in my supplements. Mainly the good fats: CLA, GLA, EPA, and FSO. Do I need to reduce my food calories to account for the supplement calories?

Strength Training
This has probably been asked and answered, I'll apologize now, I couldn't find it. When I add strength training to my log, it doesn't deduct calories, but when I do cardio it does. Is there a theory behind this? I assume I'm burning calories lifting. As I do a kettlebell and it's fast, my heartrate definitely gets up there.
