Exercise Calories

I always work out in the AM and can add my exercise to calculate calories here when I log in. However, I worked out yesterday AM and again last night. Today I will have to get an evening work out in again. So I obviously don't "eat" my calories before I have exercised and earned them. And I certainly don't want to eat them after I work out as it will be about an hour before I go to bed. So do I just not worry about it when I work out after hours?

Have a 20g protein shake or some other type of low calorie meal replacement shake after your workout. Not only will you be getting some of your exercise calories back, but you'll be feeding your body exactly when it needs it without having an overabundance of calories.0

planning, it's perfectly fine to eat the calories before you work out within a reasonable amount of time. Your body takes hours to process the calories you eat, don't let night time exercise deter you from the path, I know it's easy to fall into the trap of expanding your calorie deficit, but it's not a solution. Plan your meals with the night time exercise calculated in.0
