I decided to add my supplements to my calorie count today. WOW!! I take 128 calories per day in my supplements. Mainly the good fats: CLA, GLA, EPA, and FSO.
Do I need to reduce my food calories to account for the supplement calories?

GLA: gamma-linolenic acid, I use Black current seed oil. It is an Omega 6
EPA: Eicosapentaenoic: DHA Fish Oil Basically. Omega 3
FSO: Flax Seed Oil
I use the GLA and FSO to balance hormones and AF cyles with estrogen dominance.0 -
They provide calories so yes you should add them in.
For me 128 cals would not mean a whole lot but for some people it could mean heaps!0
