What do you do to distract yourself from eating?
I recently was changed from celexa to zoloft and since the zoloft started kicking in all I can think about is food. I've tried drinking water when I think of food. Sodium vs. water intake?
Ok, so I planned out my meals for tomorrow and I'm like 800 and some odd number over the suggested sodium intake. I know when you eat to much sodium you should balance it out with Water, but what's the ratio to balance it out? Does anyone know?
