Hi,

I'm new to this forum and to this website. I just joined yesterday. I'm still trying to lose the weight from years of, I guess eating to much and being pregnant 2 years ago. My goal is to lose 15 lbs by December and 10 more by Easter. I plan to work out 3 x per week for 20 minutes at a time. Plus throw in those little exercises that I can while playing with my 2 year old daughter.

Advice and tips are totally welcome.
