how do you do yours?
So today should be a rest day but due to being a bit ill yesterday i did my 80 today instead, i was just wondering, now were building up to the big numbers, how you intend to do them...ie sets or in 1 go? Think im going for sets.... Hope your all doing well and enjoying the challenge x

SWOPPED MY REST DAY
