Blend them up and put them in plain yogurt. It'll give sweetness and taste great. You could also make a granita. Blend them and add yogurt or milk and freeze it. Then fluff it up with a fork every now and then and you have a wonderful alternative to ice cream. You could also make candy. Blend them up again (lots of blending I know) heat them up, add some sugar and gelatin, and chill them. You'll have yummy pineapple or melon soft candy. You could also thaw and use as ice cream topping, turn them into a syrup to use as a topping or a base for a drink (I love homemade pineapple soda with my Soda Stream). Pineapple is also a really good chemical exfoliant (as long as you're not too sensitive) because of the enzymes. Mash it up and leave it on clean skin for 10 minutes. Glowy!

Eat them as snacks? I find frozen grapes are amazing. I also tried putting frozen fruit with a regular glass of water which make it taste flavoured, it was really nice and refreshing!
