My TDEE is 1624 at desk job with little exercise my HRM says I burned 721 calories brings my total to 2345 do I really have to eat back all those calories ?

Weak Quads
I recently bought a elliptical and I try so hard to do even 20 min but my Quads are so weak I'm lucky if I can do 10 min any ideas how to strengthen them up ? or just keep trying and in time they will strengthen on their own

I was hoping someone could help me with this I was trying to figure out my tdee and bmr to get right amount of calorie intake right now mfp tells me to eat 1310 calories and I'm doing 30ds 6x a week so it gives me 253 calories a day to eat back I still feel hungry and I don't want to gain weight from not doing this…
