Question: Isn't pushing your legs on an elliptical with resistance similar or close to lifting weights? Wouldn't the elliptical be a combination of cardio and strength training?

Cake makes me sick
I have been logging in for about 35 days I have lost 15 pounds. Today at work there was red velvet birthday cake. I had a single serving. not meeting calorie goal?
