Is it possible I gained 5 pounds in a matter of a couple days? I didn't overeat...I ate more than usual yesterday but it wasn't CRAZY. I guess I just want to know if it's more possible these extra pounds are water weight or actual weight gain? Whatcha guys think?

Ripe Banane Challenge

Strength Training...?!
Can anyone explain to me how I can log (for example) 20 mins of strength training, under the cardio section, and only burn 9 calories?? Is that possible, and if so, how? I do the weight machines at the gym, so I considered that to be strength training. Is there another option because I know I work hard on those machines…
