Maintaining weight

Is it just me or is it really hard to maintain the weight you set out for?
I am currently at a good spot and would like to not lose or gain anymore weight. I have found this to be pretty hard, despite the many thoughts that it's probably easy to do.
When you're trying to lose weight, the solution is rather simple in that you have to cut calories.
When you're trying to gain weight, it's simple enough (so to speak) to just add some extra (healthy) calories.
But to maintain its been hard to not go up or down.
Does anyone else notice this??

Agreed.Thought it would be easy to stay here, but I either gain 2 or lose 2, never just hold.I just keep plugging away, and make good choices.(most of the time) Good luck to you!!0
