Does 20-30 minutes of cardio really work?
Hi. I am new to Myfitnesspal. I join a while ago but only used one day . Now I am 2 weeks and 3 days in, using daily. So far so good! Question: Can you really benefit from 20 to 30 minutes of cardio a day?

What do you do once you reach your goal?
My goal was to loose 14 pounds, in which I lost! I am now 149 pounds and is 5'8. I am afraid (mentally) to increase my calories to maintain the weight. I think its now mental that I can't go over 1200 calories. What do I do?

Is a calorie a calorie regardless of where it comes from?
If you stay within your daily calorie range is it still possible to loose weight if all the calories where from junk food?
