Good Morning Lifts
Is there any way to correct my form so that the bar isn't resting directly onto my neck when I bend? It's difficult to try and hold it lower on my upper back because the weights keep making it roll back to my neck. Any suggestions, or should I just start using the bar pad?

I searched the discussions and someone said there's a number in your profile that will list how many posts/replies you've made and then you can click on it, but I'm not seeing it. Any other way I can see what discussions I've started and the ones I've replied to?

Erin Stern Elite program
Has anyone else followed Erin Stern's Elite program via bodybuilding.com? I really enjoy strength training and have done strong lifts in the past. Got back on the wagon on Monday and started her program the same day. Liking it so far. Just curious to see if anyone else has followed the program.

Heart rate monitor calories burned
Hey guys, I've begun using a heart rate monitor but have noticed that it's calculating calories burned at about twice as much as I find on MFP for the same activity. How accurate do you think this is?
