10lb mark- change settings?
I am about to hit the 10lb mark on MFP. I know MFP will ask me if I want to change settings. What are the reasons for doing it and should I do it? What is too much protien?
I'm new and just started tracking a couple of days ago. I had lost about 16 lbs on my own before starting with MFP and am excited to have already lost a lb and a half with it.
