Not new - but looking for some new fitness friends.
35, looking to lose the last 20 pounds to get back to my 25 year old weight. Am in decent shape. I work out a lot. I don't always remember to log into MFP because I'm a teacher. But summer is here and am ready to do nothing but work on me for a change. Add me!

Scale not changing but dress size did
So the scale hasn't changed in two weeks. But at my favorite clothing store I am now fitting into size 8s. Redistribution of fat and muscle? What do you all think?

Avocados
Avocado - a lot of calories. But it's delicious and has many good qualities. What do you all think? I am thinking of adding an avocado a day. My biggest problem is my belly. I carry a lot of weight around my middle - since I've lost quite a bit...it now appears that I look 4 months pregnant.

More weight / more calories?
When I imput that I walk for 60 minutes at a pace of 3.0 - it says I burned over 200 calories. But when another person imputs the same pace but at a time of 15 minutes, they also burned over 200 calories. Why is that person burning 200 calories in a fraction of the time it takes me?

Food Diary Question
Does anyone know if there is a way to add more meals on the food diary? I was looking at mine and noticed that a few times this week it looks like I ate two lunches. But really it was spaced out over 4 hours. I am a diabetic so I eat small meals every 3 to 4 hours. I guess this is more of a technical question.

Plateau?
I joined this site because I was having trouble losing the last 20 pounds towards my goal. I am not sure if I have hit the dread plateau. I am also having trouble staying motivated to exercise because of how unbelievably hot this summer has been in NY. I know my goal should be 1200 calories a day, but I am averaging at…
