Anyone else doing Power 90?.. I see a lot of people doing P90X but I'm not ready for that YET lol :)

How often do you weigh yourself?
Daily? Weekly? Bi-weekly? And how often do you record it into MFP?

I am the only one in my house who is eating healthy and it is becoming harder to stay on track. I am doing Power 90 and I'm on day 11.. I have already lost inches and some weight and am seeing results.. I am determined to live a healthier lifestyle and would love to communitcate with others who are determined as well :)

yummy chicken breast ideas??
What are some ideas to make with boneless chicken breast?

really is it that bad to go over your vitamin c and protein?
Shouldn't I really just watch my sodium and sugars and fats?

fast,cheap,simple,fufilling and only 280 calories
Just buy the individually packaged Purdue seasoned boneless chicken breast (my favorite is roasted garlic with white wine..) And Wheat bread Grill the chicken Shred it or cut it up Toast 2 pieces of wheat bread And put the chicken on the bread :)

Logging Power 90 exercises..please help
There are different options to log for Sweat 1-2 and Sculpt 1-2 and all of them have dramatic differences of "calories burned" for the same amount of time.. Which one is right? Some say for 40 min around 180 is burned where others say 300 and even 500.. I'm confused

Confused about logging exercises
I'm currently doing Power 90 and I'm trying to log my exercises but there are different options to log For example there is Sweat 1-2 and Sculpt 1-2 But there are like 5 Sweat 1-2's and the same with the sculpt.. Some say for 40 mins 300 calories are burned some only say only 180 Which one is right?

Healthy Dinner recipes??..please help
I am fairly new to MFP and am struggling on finding things I CAN eat especially for dinner.. Anybody have some fulfilling meal recipes?? :)
