Confused about logging exercises

Options
I'm currently doing Power 90 and I'm trying to log my exercises but there are different options to log

For example there is Sweat 1-2 and Sculpt 1-2

But there are like 5 Sweat 1-2's and the same with the sculpt.. Some say for 40 mins 300 calories are burned some only say only 180

Which one is right?
