First 1/2 done!
The 1/2 marathon that I've trained for months to participate in is over!! The weather was good, I got to see my wife and daughters at different points on the course cheering for me ( I took the opportunity to stop and hug and kiss them all). I had to walk for 2 miles after mile 10 because I had major cramping on my quads…

Think your raw almonds are really raw?

W9D3 Done!
I just finished my workout and am so excited that I was able to make it through this program. I started with P90 and then in the second phase of P90 I started Insanity cardio routines on my cardio days. I then moved on to P90X and started Couch to 5K in place of the cardio workouts.
