Does anyone know how to log this as exercise???

1 - 1 1/2 - 2 pounds per week????
I started at wanting to lose 2 lbs per week (I mean who doesn't want to lose more quickly), but 1200 calories seems very limited. So I decided to move it to 1 lb per week (which is what MFP recommends). Any thoughts or input on what you think, or what you have found out along your journey? I am not sure if I weigh enough…

What keeps you going day after day???
I am having the hardest time staying focused and on track. Or I mess up once and just say, "I'll start again next week". How do I avoid that? Then I get depressed and mad at myself and of course, that makes it worse.... HELP!:sad:
