how do y'all record your WOD on here for the exercise tab? Obviously every WOD is different day to day and there is no pre-made crossfit exercise choice.

stop posting on these forums asking for some motivation. Listen, your either motivated, or not. If your not going to put in the work then expect to maintain what you currently have. Want to run faster? Follow my full proof plan.
1.) Run on a muggy day 2.) Pick a running trail near some standing water. (Perferably a forrest, swamp, or wooded area) 3.) Don't wear bug spray at all 4.) Try running slow, and or slow down... 5.)Repeat
