1.) Run on a muggy day
2.) Pick a running trail near some standing water. (Perferably a forrest, swamp, or wooded area)
3.) Don't wear bug spray at all
4.) Try running slow, and or slow down...
5.)Repeat

    Darn. I thought you were going to say to put raw meat and or other meat products in your pockets, then run past and taunt animals in your neighborhood.

    But, I suppose your way will work too!
