Why do so many Americans have gun pictures on here? It is a bit scary.Thank god we can't in Australia just have them on us.....no not religious.. I couldn't handle the thought that anyone walking down the street has a gun on them. How do you handle it? Surely it is frightening. Turns me off going there for a holiday.

I just ran my first 5k! So happy!

Shin splints and brisk walking question
HI all! I have a shin spint on my right front calf muscle region and my main exercise is very brisk walking. I'm not sure that the walking caused it as I had done a little running at times. Running downhill question..
The last 3 days I've been walking up a steep hill every moring and then I've either walked the whole way down or ran down. Walking up takes 30 minutes same as coming back down but running down takes me about 18 mins. Does it burn less, the same or more calories to run down it than walking? My fitbit says I burn 102…
