How to fast
Hey guys. I'm trying to do the 5:2 fasting, and was wondering how long the fast is actually supposed to last. Is it 24 hours? Can you have a light early lunch on Tuesday at 13:00, and then have your next meal on Wednesday at 14:00? Does the fast start after your last meal, or when you start feeling hungry? Thanks
