I'm back, and more motivated than ever!!!
I joined a few years ago, and fell off the boat. Looking for friends to help with motivation along the way. I started at 214 lbs and I am down 9 pounds as of this morning. I am on a VLCD monitored by the doctor. Run 2.5 miles a day (never been a runner), and walk 1 mile. Seeing results and love it. Onward to 135!!!!

I tried starting my diet with 1200 calories, which went fine for 2 weeks, and then when I decided to start exercising I would get lightheaded at random times thru out the day.
