I've been running outside since July and ran my first 5k race in December (yay!!) well I was tired of dealing with crazy low temps and ice so I joined a gym. However I am having trouble running on a treadmill. I feel wobbly when the speed gets over 4.5. Is this normal? Or is it just me? Or do I need to just keep doing…
I know the total #I am trying to hit but I set a smaller # of 25 lbs to lose. I hit that goal now I want to set another goal of 25lbs. Do I set a time to reach this goal? If so should I do a mini goal each week? What works best? TIA.
