If you eat TDEE -20%, how often do you recalculate?
I used Scooby's calculator to calculate my calorie deficit, and it says to recalculate every 5lbs lost. I was just wondering if most people stick to that recommendation, wait until progress stalls, or some other variation. How often do YOU recalculate your calories?

I had testing at the allergist last week that came back with milk, beef, and pork allergies. Oh joy. It's a good thing I like chicken. The dairy seems to be the most challenging to eliminate. Add me! I completed the program in October of last year, but I faced a stress fracture during my first 5k. My leg is healed, and I'm ready to start all over again. Last time I did the program it was helpful to have friends around the same week as me to keep everyone motivated.

Week 1 Elimination complete=Fuzzy Brain??
Ack! It's finals week, and I cannot think clearly at all. This has fuzzy brain been ongoing for days, and I'm really struggling. I can't focus on any given thing for any length of time. Could this be due to the elimination diet? I feel so "off". I can't think of anything else it could be.
