I forgot to sign in for 3 days
I am not sure if anyone was wondering why I was not around to post the past 3 days. I was pretty busy helping my sister with her ugly yard that is over grown with weeds/ I am still watching my diet, and drinking a tub full of water daily. Hope all is well with everyone. Mark

Wne over board Sunday
We had our church Picnic Sunday so I went a little crazy with the food. First time since I have been on my plan that I went over on my calories, carbs and protien. Oh well. The ice cream sandwich was just too much to pass up. :-) But I am back on track today. I wanted to say hi as well. Mark

Yesterday I ate below my Calories, Carbs, Fat and Protien. After I ended my recording for the night, on the bottom of the screen it said that I could put my body into starvation mode. Kept in my range plus even lower then expected
I was tired all day and one of the things I did not feel like doing was eating. BUT, I ate a lot of fresh fruits, string cheese, Activa, a 1/2 of a hmburger bun with a Jenny O turkey burger,. I am going out to buy a scale
I am excited to see how I am going on week 3 of this program. :-) So, I am going to go buy a scale. I know I have lost more weight, and I have been asking everyone if they have a scale I can use., No one has one that works. So, later I will be able to report my weight lose. Later folks Mark

Craves at times are hard (rant)
I am doing OK not eating any sweets since I started MFP. I never really was a big sweet eater, However, I crave a Pepsi ALL day. I am craving one now.
