I'm going on vacation and need help- swimsuit that covers the belly but is still young and fun. Any brands or websites that you have founf successful?? They'll need to have a good return policy as you know how hard it is to find a suit. Also any tube top swimsuit options for fuller chested gals?? Thanks in advance!

Nice Dr. Visit
So I went to the doctor 2 weeks ago and again today. When the nurse weighed me in she said, "Wow, how did you do it?" I wasn't 100% what she was talking about and looked a little puzzeled. She said 4 lbs less! I smiled from ear to ear!!! Yayyy meee!

24-Hour Fitness has these armbands on sale. I guess they track calories burned with a supposed 90% accuracy rate and you log food like you do with MFP (you have to pay for it- so could still use MFP but calories burned would be more exact???). Anyone have one? Worth the investment????

Tips to cut out excess calories?
Aloha MFP. I'm looking to reduce the amount of calories I eat (already exercise a good bit) so I can shed 2lbs a week instead of 1.5. Any suggestions?? Are you updating MFP calories at every weigh-in??
So I was playing around with my settings and noticed that my allotment of food calories was based on my initial weight (222). Now, becasue I am 209, my calories are restricted to 1400 (Not 1475 as they were when I was heavier). I'm now thinking that when I weigh-in, I should re-calculate my calorie goals so that I'm not…

How many calories?
I'm having a hard time finding a good average of calories burned for some of 24 Hour Fitness' classes. Anyone know how many calories (on average) burned for a 60 minute class of: PiYo Willpower and Grace I'm 33, 5'9" and 209 lbs BUT really just looking for an average. Thanks in advance.
