Are you updating MFP calories at every weigh-in??

So I was playing around with my settings and noticed that my allotment of food calories was based on my initial weight (222). Now, becasue I am 209, my calories are restricted to 1400 (Not 1475 as they were when I was heavier). I'm now thinking that when I weigh-in, I should re-calculate my calorie goals so that I'm not over eating and thus hindering my calorie loss.
Anyone else have any thoughts or notice this as well???

A good rule of thumb is to recalculate every ten pounds0
