I have been logging on for a week now but am struggling to keep my sugars in the green , they go into -15 or whatever . What can I do ? Eat more veg?
I have been putting all I eat and excersize into Mfp . I am allowed 1200 cals. My question is what am I supposed to be doing. Eating about the 1200 or less? I want to lose about half to one stone .
I have been putting what I eat into the app and it gives you the percentage of what you have eaten, What percentage of carbs, fat,protein,should you be eating ,if you are eating healthy. . I would like to loose about 7 to 14 lb.
