I have been putting what I eat into the app and it gives you the percentage of what you have eaten,
What percentage of carbs, fat, protein, should you be eating ,if you are eating healthy.
. I would like to loose about 7 to 14 lb.

These are the percentages my trainer at the gym gave me. 55% Carbs (should be complex carbs) 15% protein and 30% fat.0

MFD seems to default to 55% carbs, 30% Fat, 15% Protein. I wouldn't say that's a bad ratio, but a lot of people like to tweek that. My personal goal is under 50% carbs with fat around 32-35% and protein 15-20%. Carbs aren't inherantly bad, but I find that if I'm eating over 50% carbs I tend to eat more refined products and sugars. I also find that the higher fat and protein ratios keep me satisfied longer.0

To cut weight, I switch to 50% Protein/30% Carbs/20% Fats to lose weight but retain as much lean muscle as possible, while adhering to a strict calorie deficit.
EDIT: Everyones goals are different this is just what I do.0
