Weight Fluctuation
My weight is fluctuating day to day like crazy. Four days ago I weighed 153, this afternoon I weighed 156 and tonight I weigh 159. A few days before the 153, i also weighed 158ish. Body Fat analysis
Hi, I fell off the wagon, and am trying to focus less on pounds lost then on body fat. Is there a good way to estimate visually how much bf one has? I won't be offended if anyone wants to give an educated guess based on my pics, either. I assume I'm about 20%, 22%, and that I should be around 16%-18%, as a 32 year old man.
