So I'm not supposed to be using a measuring cup
When I eat cereal, cottage cheese, rice and other such foods, I'm supposed to use a scale to measure. Even though it might say on the packaging, 1 cup serving size, I should weigh 8 oz. What about 1 tablespoon of soft butter or 1/4 cup of shredded cheese? Weigh or measure?

Which is better? I have a HRM but looking for all day calorie burn. Should I spend more and get the digital display? Do I need the subscrption or can I just use the 3 months free to get my total calorie burn. Probably won't use it much after. Waiting to get your answers. I'm purchasing one of them today.

T was wondering if I should do 30 DS again or go to ripped in 30. Did you see the same results or better the second time around with 30 DS? If you did both, which one gave you better results?

Why would a person lose inches but no weight? This is what's happening to me and I don't understand what's going on.

If you don't eat alot of fat, does it hurt your weight loss? I know you don't have to all your required fat but I usually eat half or less, I am trying to figure out why I can't lose. Thanks

What do I eat with these numbers?
This is what I have left for tonight - 434 calories, 11 carbs, 32 fat, 1 protein. What can I eat? Do I just ignore the other numbers and just eat my calories?

Polar Ft4 ?
Am I supposed to subtract my resting calories from the total calories burned by exercise ? Or does the Ft4 do it for you? I've had the Ft4 since October and I can't find the directions to see what I need to do.Thanks
