I just received S90 in the mail and will be starting it next week. I would like to hear some results, too. I am finishing up a second round of insanity and I.m hoping S90 targets where insanity doesn't.

I have the same question. I read I shouldn't let mine get past 159. When it does, I take a few secs to let it go down. I don't know if what I am doing is right either.

I've been having them. I first noticed them when I was pregnant(15 years ago). I asked my doc about it a couple months ago because mine are very noticable. Thanks for all the replies. To answer the questions, these are regular calories not exercise calories and these are calories left over after dinner. I did not do well with planning today :(
