Did you get good results with 30 DS the second time around

T was wondering if I should do 30 DS again or go to ripped in 30. Did you see the same results or better the second time around with 30 DS? If you did both, which one gave you better results?

    I can't answer your question because I haven't done Ripped in 30 or 30DS consecutively, but I'll bet you would get great results either way..just up your weights a bit and do the regular moves instead of modified.

    I haven't done both, but I would imagine 30DS could give you results the second time around if you've strayed from strength training lately or, more likely, you upped the weights a bit. Were you doing modified moves before? If so then the second time around with unmodified would definitely give more results.

    Everyone who's done both seems to think Ripped is a tougher workout. Maybe give it a try and then use them a few times a week to maintain your toning?

    Can't help you because I am just finishing my first round. I am wondering the same thing though as I was considering taking a break for a week or two and starting over again.
