Is there anyone in this group that is attending any of these runs? I signed up yesterday and I am so happy I did. But was wondering if anyone could give me any useful tips. Currently I am using an app trainer to help improve my running time from my first 1/2 Marathon last year.

I have returned to Bikram yoga for 2 days in a row now. The last time I went was back in September. Recently I have been doing Boot camp and running and decided to return to do some Bikram Yoga. Im not sure how to log Bikram, and why am I more sore doing Bikram Yoga, then I am when I do boot camp?
