I started at 320 and it's been a journey. I know If I can lose 125lbs I can run a 13 mile run. Just not sure how to since its such a short time span, by that I mean a week to train lol

The thing with teas and other drinks of that sort count as a dietretic. I usually just fill my bottle of water every time its out. But otherwise if im eating out I typically get a water with lemon.

What matters is that your doing it! The first one dont end up injurying yourself. Push yourself as much as you can to the finish line. That alone will be an accomplishment. I would go to a running store that specializes in running shoes. Here we have Boulder Running Company and Runners Roost. They test your feel in the shoes you try on. I prefer the Lunar Glides.
