Improving 5k run time
Hi all, I have recently much to my own amazement been jogging 5k around 3/4 times a week. My PB is currently 33 mins 49 seconds but I'd really like to get this down to under 30 mins. Does anyone have advice on how I can improve my time? TIA :)

Including calories in milk in porridge...
Ok so I'm not sure if I'm over thinking this, my sachet of porridge advised 146 calories and tells you on the box to add 180ml semi skimmed milk.
