Hey thought I would introduce mysel!.
My names Amy and I'm 23.
Me and my sister joined MFP because we want to get fit and share our experiences with each other, then I discovered these amazing message boards! haha
I am currently 126lbs and 5"3, extremely un-toned. I am working out 5 days a week for 40 minute with Jillian Michaels DVD banish fat boost metabolism - what a slave driver!
Been doing this for almost a week now and can't wait to see some results!
Love reading all the success stories on here, its a real motivator

Ah, Jillian Michaels...I have not so fond memories of the times I tried to do her videos, lol. Slave driver, indeed.
Best of luck with meeting your goals! The best thing I can say is to log in every day and enter everything, even if you feel guilty about it. If you have a bad day and don't eat well or miss a workout, just get back on the horse the next day and get back on track. :-)0
