How long does it take to see results?
For so long I have been eating 1200 cals a day. I workout 4 to 5 days a week and my job requires me to be on my feet a lot! About 2 weeks ago, I started following the IPOARP. Do I eat back calories when I exercise?
Do I eat back calories on the days that I exercise? If I don't eat the cals back then I will be netting around 1100 to 1200.
