Advice Please, skipped running days
Hi. Hope I can get some advice from the group. I finished W5 D2 last week, but had an outrageously busy week and didn't find the time to complete the week and haven't been able to run for the last 5 days. What does the collective wisdom think I should do? Start the week over? Try to do W5 D3?

Hi. Hope to get some advice from the group please. I was able to finish W5 D2 last week but got outrageously busy at work and was unable to finish W5 D3 and go on to W6. Should I repeat the whole week 5 or attempt to finish W5 D3 and then go on? What would be the best thing to do to procede?
