Increasing my calories
MFP had me on 1200/day and I have been pretty faithful to stick to that. I haven't lost anything...well, 3 llbs since I started 6 weeks ago. I changed my setting to say that I wanted to loose 1 lb /week instead of the 2 lb/week that I initially started with. This increased my calories to 1340. Will that be enough to get me…
