I ask for a doppio (2shots expresso) in a venti cip filled with ice. Then I use a pre mixed protein drink and add it to it. Makes a nice iced coffee with about 100 calories and a source of my days protein. Yum!

Ideal Protein vanilla drink mix. Mixed in a blender with ice to make a smoothie. Yummy and filling!

Good Point. I was just thinking of something that would fill me up and keep me full that had zero carbs.

While I have been losing weight for the last couple of years my hair started falling out. I was told it was lack of fats in my diet. The loss has slowed down but still hasn't completely stopped. My hair is much much thinner.

I work with a girl who can eat ANYTHING she wants. Some mornings at 8 am she will show up at work with a slurpee loaded with ice cream. She is stick thin. She has a desk drawer loaded with candy and snacks that she eats everyday. One day she mentioned that she worked out on her treadmill and had to get off after 2 minutes…

Mine started falling out when I lost 60 lbs. it's still falling out 2 years later. I was told that I wasn't eating enough fats. The falling out has slowed down but my hair is much thinner, like half, of what it was before. Eat healthy and the falling out should slow down.

I wouldn't consider this very healthy...462 Cals for 1.5 cups. Cream, bacon, cheese, sour cream etc. I would use my calories a different way.

Your all right. I may do more harm than good. I will continue with my 1350 calories and push myself for a week and then re-evaluate. Maintenance will be my second option. Thanks

I am confused also. I to am on a 1,200 cal diet. I see everyone else talking about 1,800, 2,200 cals etc. and I wonder why mine is so low. I am not hungry at all, but I am not losing weight very fast. Looking for some help.

I am the exact same. I really love running but I just can't breathe. I feel I am sucking air thru a straw. I don't know what to do about it. I have slowed my pace and shortened my distance, nothing works. The doctor gave me a puffer but it really didn't do much. I would love to hear any suggestions that would help me
