Increasing my calories

MFP had me on 1200/day and I have been pretty faithful to stick to that. I haven't lost anything...well, 3 llbs since I started 6 weeks ago. I changed my setting to say that I wanted to loose 1 lb /week instead of the 2 lb/week that I initially started with. This increased my calories to 1340. Will that be enough to get me going again? If I excercise I only eat back a portion of my calories. Any help would be great!

You might see more steady losses if you actually ate back all of your exercise calories. The deficit is there already.0
