anyone on the depo shot?
I recently got the depo shot and really do love it. Except for one thing. I am one of those lucky ladies who got the side effect that I call bottomless pit. I can eat so much that its nearly impossible to believe and still barely feel that full feeling. Anyone else have this sideeffect?

Should I up my calories?
I just got my bike!! We are putting it together as we speak, I am so excited I found one I can ride! I will be biking, leisurely about 1-3 miles initially then up to 4-5 miles a day. Which will change my activity level. Should I up my calories to reflect the change in activity or just leave it at 1200 to lose the weight?

why 1200?
I don't understand why the apparently magic number of 1200 calories fit's everyone. It seems that if ANYONE wants to lose weight they should cut back to 1200 calories.
